We want you to love your SVAGGY gear. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.

Your right to cancel (UK)

If you're in the UK, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

30-day returns

On top of that, we accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

How to return

Email us at jazayac1@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return, and we'll send you return instructions. Please don't send anything back before contacting us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund your original payment method within 14 days and email you to confirm.

Faulty or wrong items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund, including any return postage.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, you cover the cost of sending the item back. For faulty or incorrect items, we cover it.
