Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Delivery estimates

• UK Standard: typically 3–7 business days — free on orders over £36, otherwise £4.99
• UK Express: 1–2 business days — £6.99
• Europe: typically 7–14 business days — €4.99
• Rest of world: typically 7–20 business days — $4.99

Some items ship from our overseas partners, so please allow a little extra time during busy periods. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates.

Tracking

A tracking link is emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched.

Customs & duties

International orders may be subject to import taxes or customs duties set by your country. These are the customer's responsibility.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, we'll reship it once any extra postage is covered.
